Pemain memainkan karakter berupa sel darah putih yang bertugas untuk mengalahkan virus serta bakteri yang ada di dalam tubuh manusia. Karakter sel darah putih memiliki senjata berupa pedang yang dapat digunakan untuk mengalahkan musuh. Pada akhir stage terdapat boss musuh yang mempunyai serangan yang berbeda dari musuh biasa dan mempunyai HP yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan musuh biasa.
